Well, I've finally done it - I've created my very own web page!!!  Those people who know me will understand how chuffed I am at the moment, cause I never thought I'd be able to do it!

ME!!!!!!!

First I'll start with an introduction to myself.  I'm 18 and am from Burnley (not the best place in the world, but it's home to me!).  I've got one brother (believe me that's enough!) he's at Warwick uni in his second year.  I can't remember what the course he's doing is called, but it has something to do with maths and politics with a bit of business studies rolled in (he's a bit of a brain really, I just hopes he remembers me when he's making his millions!).  I suppose I'd better mention my mum and dad at this point cause if I don't they'll probably be offended.  What can I say apart from they're great and I'm lucky to have them.  As you can tell from the picture above (that's for the people who don't really know me) I'm a big kid at heart!

I'm currently in my first year at Preston Uni, studying business studies for four years!  What I'm going to do at the end of those four years I don't  know - I'm just hoping to get through the first year.

I enjoy being a student because it gives you the perfect excuse to be permanently drunk and blag loads of drinks off your mates.  At this point can I just say a massive thanks to all those people who have bought me a drink, I promise I'll buy you all one once I'm rich and successful!

I don't really have many hobbies, I enjoy playing hockey, but to be honest haven't really played much since college.  I also enjoy skiing, I've been twice to France and it was amazing - I'd love to go again but being a poor student I can't afford to.  If I'm really honest the things I like doing best are shopping (when I actually have some money), going out with my mates and getting totally rat arsed cause they're a really good laugh.  Or if we don't have enough money just chillin in the George (the local pub to those people who are wondering what I'm talking about).  My favorite T.V. programs have got to be Ally McBeal and South Park and I do find myself watching the odd Jerry Springer show (purely for entertainment value!).  Talking of South Park, if you would like to visit a web site purely about South Park click here.

At the moment I live in Roeburn Hall where I share a flat with 3 girls and 3 lads.  There's Colette from Manchester, Stuart from Guilford, Geri and Steven from Newcastle, Christine from Blackpool and Jonathon from Wigan.  They're a great bunch and are always ready to party.  I almost forgot Jimmy, he's from the flats next door but has become part of the furniture - literally!!   But as from next year I'll be traveling from home which means I'll finally have my own car!!!!!

For those people who don't know my email address and want to get in touch click here.

                       FRIENDS

Now, I'll introduce some of my closest friends (apologies to those people whose names don't appear, don't worry I haven't forgotten about you - it's just that there wasn't enough space)

Joanne Truesdale - absolutely off her rocker but still my best mate!  She always speaks her mind, even though it sometimes gets her into trouble (mind you she can look after herself!).  She also gives good advice and is always there for a shoulder to cry on, believe me I've used it!

Fiona Spencer -  one of my oldest friends, we've known each other since primary school.  She's at college in her final year, so good luck in the exams Fi.  She's still going out with Tony - that's' two years now so Fi don't forget to send me a wedding invitation!
Ian Campbell (aka Troid) - if anybody ever needs a shoulder to cry on, Troid's the man to see.  He's like my big brother and always looks out for me when I've had too much to drink.  All I can say is I'm really sorry about the number of shirts I've got mascara on - especially the white one.
Liam Kavanagh / Shaw - Troid's partner in crime, when these two get together they're lethal!  He's actually going in the R.A.F in June so I'd just like to wish him good luck and tell him that we'll all miss him.
Emma Blacklock - simply marvelous!  She's one of these people who just can't keep still!  A great laugh and a Saturday night out isn't the same without Emma falling off a stool or dancing on the table in Smacks! (one of the best pubs in Burnley)

Adele Kearney - an absolute beer monster and total nutter, but still marvelous!
Roxanne Newton - a fantastic artist who is sure to make loads of money from her drawings later in life.

I'll have to just mention the following people because I'm running out of space, Paul Thornton (aka Thorny) - good mate and great listener, who still hasn't e-mailed me yet! (get your arse in gear boy!).  Matthew Stansfield (aka Stanny) - the other half of Adele and Stanny, he's a bit quiet - that is until you get to know him!  Finally there's Gavin Shields - what can I say apart from he drinks like a fish and is always the center of attention at parties.

I'd like to end my web page on a happy thought - BENIDORM, I can't wait until August cause I'm off on holiday with most of the people mentioned above plus a few more (there's twelve of us altogether) for two weeks of sand, sea and *** (I'll leave you to fill in the last one!).  It should be a great laugh and definitely a holiday to remember!!!!!
